The Rustic Easel membership club assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the contents of the Service.  In no event shall The Rustic Easel be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, negligence or another tort, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or the contents of the Service. The Rustic Easel reserves the right to make additions, deletions, or modifications to the contents of the Service at any time without prior notice.  

It is very important that the information we hold about you is accurate and up to date. Please let us know if at any time your personal information changes by emailing us via the support/contact us form OR updating your profile in your account.

This is how you will access your purchase, if you do not see your email please be sure to check your spam and promotions folders in your email before reaching out to customer support. •Cancellation policy: Please allow at least 48 hrs prior to the next payment being drafted to process a cancellation. Email [email protected] to cancel your membership. If sent on the weekend, cancellations will be taken care of the following Monday. Business hours are 9-3 pm M-F. If you prefer to cancel yourself, you just log in to your account with the link above. Go to settings and Update Billing. •If you cancel after your monthly payment has been drafted, your cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle. •PLEASE NOTE: Billing cycles run from the date of your last draft. •PLEASE NOTE: There are no refunds given on membership fees.
